So far, 30 students have completed the programme. Seventeen now work in agencies across India and Dubai. Four have launched businesses built on structured performance systems. Three operate as freelancers earning approximately Rs 50,000 per month.

“Performance marketing is not about boosting posts,” he said. “It is about building systems that make informed decisions.”

With advertising costs rising globally, Bajpai believes AI performance marketing agencies will replace traditional digital marketing agencies that rely on surface metrics.

Adsmagnify.com continues to expand its performance marketing services while strengthening its AI capabilities. The long-term vision, Bajpai says, is to create scalable frameworks that allow brands to grow predictably rather than experimentally.
